  • Balance Plan Home: Similar to the Total Plan product, this plan also offers a guaranteed discount off usage and supply charges for 12 months. Balance Plan Home however, offers variable rates, not fixed.

  • Value Saver: This is a variable rate offer with an ongoing benefit period. It has no conditional discounts or exit fees, but customers will have to agree to e-billing.
